built for analysts, researchers, and decision makers who need

4
00:00:09.038 --> 00:00:10.759
to go beyond the headlines.

5

Explore is the intelligence atlas —

10
00:00:26.748 --> 00:00:30.908
sixty one countries, nine sectors, twenty tracked actor networks,

11
00:00:30.908 --> 00:00:33.724
and over sixteen hundred verified incidents,

12
00:00:33.724 --> 00:00:35.900
each one traceable to its sources.

13
00:00:36.633 --> 00:00:41.317
Signals monitors what happens before confirmed violence: intercepted threats

14
00:00:41.317 --> 00:00:45.508
and strategic messaging, tracked separately from incident records so

15
00:00:45.508 --> 00:00:47.727
intent and action never get blurred.
